The politicians are looking at a "pay-as-you-go" tax, i.o.w., you pay for each kilometer on the road. But a market research done by Goodyear, shows that the Dutch to not want to pay a tax scheme like this, but are willing to pay more money in order to avoid to having to drive in traffic james.
