I prefer to leave that to well informed and excellent web sites like MotoMatters. Everyone has their speciality, and although I love MotoGP with a passion, I am not knowledgeable. But I am going to the Misano race circuit for the San Marino GP. Why you may ask? I am going on an invitation by Dorna (the folks who organize the MotoGP races) and the San Marino government (San Marino is actually a sovereign state, much like Monaco). It is part of their DNA, they will drop everything at the drop of a hat, and head for a strike march. Often strikes get met with a grumble, but an understanding, even if the strike affects your daily life. Railroads are more often on strike than functioning, but deep in their hearts, the average French person supports the strikers. It is therefore that an announced strike that has gotten a wide acclaim here in France: the municipal police has called for a nationwide strike this coming Monday (9 September).
